If you want to see your process, the daily things you're doing consistently to reach your big goals, zoom in. But don't forget to zoom out once in awhile and appre I was talking the other day with @larrycaincanoe and @maddi_leblanc about our thoughts on off-season training and how to get better.  These are the kind of conversations I truly love. The whole drive home, my brain on fire thinking. 

One of the thin Kintsugi is one of my favourite stories. This ancient Japanese art form uses gold to repair broken pottery. Rather than try to hide the flaws and the damage, the gold actually highlights the damaged areas. And in turn it elevates the value of the pie Have you ever had a time when you felt like an imposter? Or you had to really think about sharing something about yourself that felt vulnerable or worried it would make you seem weak? The great thing is we all have! It's actually a relief to know tha Great pics from the uber-talented @wwwon1 of @ontariosupseries race in Bracebridge! Such a fun day with good friends. These photos are incredible memories that I’ll cherish for a long, long time ❤️
