Ready to dive in? There are 4 Foundation Sessions that will cover the 7 Skills of Mental Performance. You’ll get in depth discussion with Kirsty and discover tools and strategies that will help you improve your mental game.
Once the Foundation is covered, you can have follow-up sessions with Kirsty. Best done every 2 weeks in order to progress and improve your mental skills. Kirsty will keep you accountable, as well as remind you of what you need to focus on in order to perform at a high level. You will also have cell access to Kirsty to help you when needed. She wants you to be the very best version of yourself possible!
