Kirsty MacMillan is a 3X ICF World Championship stand-up paddleboard athlete (sprint, technical and distance races) and certified mental performance coach who helps athletes, students, teams, and professionals unlock their full potential.
With a background as a critical care Anesthesia Assistant, she brings both science and life experience to her coaching.
She is the CEO of MacMillan Elite Mindset and knows first-hand the power of mindset in achieving elite performance. She is currently training with Gold Medal Olympian Larry Cain for ICF World Championships in Italy 2026.
