It takes so much dedication and training, both physically and especially mentally to take on the challenge of the most prestigious race in the world - Molokai 2 Oahu. They paddled 32 miles in open ocean water across the Ka’iwi Channel (aka the Channel of Bones) from Molokai to Oahu in Hawaii. I’m beyond proud to be their mental performance coach.
